Because he or she thinks it is boring Scott and this is a forum
and their opinion.
Why do you question anyone for submitting? It is obvious that you
are a defensive betahead but you really do need to keep the
forum open or soon enough no one will be submitting. Get it?

Hey,
It's kind of weird to submit a story you don't like. The whole point of this website is to share sites that are interesting, as opposed to boring. Why would anyone visit a boring site?
[And this technically isn't a forum, it's more along the lines of a social news aggrigator.]
