GameStop employees allegedly fake PS3 theft »
Posted by: GregD 1 year, 9 months agotwo 19-year old GameStop employees have been accused of stealing four PlayStation 3s and then telling police that armed gunmen had robbed the store and taken the consoles instead. The charges include suspected embezzlement, burglary, and conspiracy, all of which carry hefty jail sentences if the suspects are proven guilty.

Someone we met over the weekend was told that the store he had been given one of the 25 "numbers" for the game device didn't actually get 25, and only got 21 instead. As it turned out, the storey got 25, one went to the manager, and three went to the police/security who worked the store.
